1. Take one of your rings and use a ruler (or any other measuring tape) to measure its diameter.
   Please remember to measure only the internal diameter!
   Next, check the measurement result against the table below, referring to the central column (Diameter in cm);
   
   
2. A second method is to download this app , "Ring Sizer & Ruler".
   Simply place one of your rings on your phone and compare the measurement (in mm) with the table below, always referring to the central column;

At this point, once you have found the value in the central table, if it is an adjustable ring, consult the line on the right "adjustable ring size", if instead it is a non-adjustable ring, consult the line on the left "non-adjustable ring size"
