When your package is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking code that will allow you to monitor the shipment of your order in real time.

If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will make a second attempt. If the second attempt is also unsuccessful, the package will be stored at the nearest collection point. You will receive instructions on how to collect it.

925 silver jewelry is water resistant. However, we recommend avoiding contact with thermal water, sea water and swimming pools. For gold-plated jewelry, avoid contact with creams and perfumes, as they may damage the plating. Click here to learn more.

Bi Silver rings do not require an exact finger size, as they are all self-adjustable. There are only three sizes available: S, M and L. This means you can easily adjust it to find the perfect fit. To find out which size is best for you, check out this size guide.
