Returns and Exchanges Policy

First of all, thank you for your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your product, you may return the item within 30 days of the purchase date.

Return or Exchange Requirements

 The product must be in the same condition in which you received it: in its original packaging and in perfect resalable condition (not worn or damaged).

Return or Exchange Procedure

• If you wish to return a product or request an exchange, arrange shipment of the items to the following address: Bi Silver, Via Savignone 27, Rome, 00168 within 30 days of the purchase date.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to prevent problems with lost packages. Return or exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in the case of defective or incorrect products (see below).
• If you wish to make an exchange—that is, receive a replacement product instead of a refund—email shop@bisilver.it once you have shipped the package, specifying that it is an exchange.

Refund Once we receive your return, we will check that the product meets the requirements and issue a refund for the amount paid using the same payment method used for the purchase. Depending on the payment method or the customer’s bank, the refund may take up to 10 business days to be processed.

Defective or Incorrect Products If the product is incorrect, defective, or damaged upon delivery, we will cover all shipping costs. To submit a request, email shop@bisilver.it and include:

• A photo of the incorrect, damaged, or defective item.
• The order number or the name used to place the order.
